The Returns + Exchanges Policy

At Byurooj, we want you to love what you wear. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase. Please note that we only offer exchanges and do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances.

7-Day Exchange Window

If you receive an item that doesn’t fit or has any issues, you can exchange it within 7 days of delivery. Once this 7-day period has passed, we will unfortunately not be able to process an exchange.

Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.

• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be completely intact.

• You must provide the original order number or proof of purchase.

• Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.

Exchange Process

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Provide Details: Share your order number, a picture of the item, and the reason for the exchange.

3. Ship the Item: Once approved, you will need to ship the item back to our address. (Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect).

4. Replacement Dispatch: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will dispatch your replacement exchange product.
